All product is shipped within the Continental United States via FedEx Ground and to Canada and its Provinces via Fed Ex Standard. Please bear in mind that expedited shipment can be quite expensive depending upon product weight. We will however gladly provide this service to you at our cost from FedEx. Should you desire an expedited shipment method you will have to select this option while checking out of the shopping cart.

We strive to fill your order promptly |

We strive to fill and ship orders received by 8am EST the same day. However this is not always possible. As a general rule your order will leave our warehouse within 3 business days of order receipt, depending on order backlog. We process all orders based on the time they were received; first in - first out. If product is out-of-stock or your order has issue's we cannot resolve we will contact you by phone and/or email and await your instructions. We send confirmation of all orders placed via our eStore to the email address provided during the checkout procedure. |

$12.95 shipping for all orders except those under $20.00 which ship for $8.95. These rates apply to US delivery internet orders only! Shipping for phone-in orders is $5.00 higher than all amounts previously stated. Other shippings costs may apply to orders from Canada, Alaska and Hawaii.

We can process your return without issue |

Every effort is made to ensure that your order is correct prior to leaving our warehouse. In the unlikely event that an item is mis-shipped or damaged we will work with you to correct the situation in one of two ways:
(1) We will immediately reship the correct merchandise to you once you have contacted us and provided authorization to bill your credit card for merchandise charges pending the return of the mis-shipped items - or - (2) You may return the mis-shipped
merchandise to us first. Once received by our warehouse facility, we will immediately reship the correct merchandise to you.
In either instance we will provide a FedEx return services label for the mis-shipped merchandise which permits return of the items at no cost to you. You must take the package to a FedEx service center, outlet or contact FedEx directly to schedule a pickup by telephoning 800-GO-FedEx.
If the reason for return is due to circumstances related entirely to you, there is a one time restocking fee of 20% plus actual shipping & handling costs as charged by FedEx. Bear in mind we currently are offering $12.95 shipping & handling on most orders, however the actual shipping charge from FedEx is substantially higher. This higher charge will be billed to you for any returns related entirely to you (i.e. don't want product, ordered too much etc..) Items ordered by you can be returned or exchanged within 60 days if they are in their original unopened container. To effect this return you must contact us either by email at: systems@millerbrospaint.com or telephone toll free (877) 531-1517 ext 20 to obtain return authorization. For your protection you should save all proof of return materials until credit has been issued to your card.
