Peel Away 1 paint remover and paint stripper for lead paints


Peel Away 1 Paint Remover is a environmentally safe method of removing up to 30+ layers of paint in 24-48 hours in a single application. It is odor free and non-flammable. PeelAway 1 covers approximately 25 sq. ft. per gallon.

TYPES OF PAINT REMOVED: PeelAway 1 effectively strips lead based paint, most varieties of household paints and varnishes, which are water or oil based. Particularly suited for removing paint from carved and detailed surfaces, interior moldings and window frames. SURFACES: works on almost all surfaces including wood, brick, concrete, plaster, steel, iron and fiberglass. PeelAway 1 will darken hardwoods such as oak, cherry, maple, papler and mahogany. Can be used on interior and exterior surfaces. Not recommended for plasterboard, plywood, veneer or aluminum. If latex paint is prime coat on brick or masonry use PeelAway 7.

PEEL AWAY NEUTRALIZER is an acetic acid solution used to reduce the pH levels on surfaces where the PEEL AWAY I product was used. Since PEEL AWAY I are alkaline strippers and have a high pH level, it is necessary to use the PEEL AWAY Neutralizer to reduce the pH levels. PEEL AWAY Neutralizer is a concentrate, which is diluted with water and sprayed on to the surface. Coverage is 200 sq. feet per gallon.
