PREMIUM KITCHEN & BATH SEMI-GLOSS ENAMEL contains Microban antimicrobial product protection. This unique additive will inhibit the growth of stain and odor causing bacteria;
mold, mildew and other fungal growth on the dried paint film. Microban protection provides an added level of protection between cleanings, but does not take the place of normal cleaning and disinfecting procedures and will not protect users or others against food

SURFACE PREPARATION Previously Painted Surfaces - Remove dirt, dust,
grease and water soluble paints by washing with a trisodium phosphate or detergent wash solution. Rinse with clean water and allow to dry.
Other contaminants such as oil, wax or furniture polish should be cleaned off with mineral spirits on a clean cloth.
All nail holes and voids should be filled with prepared patching compound and sanded smooth when dry. Glossy surfaces should be dulled by sanding to insure proper adhesion of the finish.
New Surfaces New Plaster - All nibs or protrusions should be knifed off fully cured plaster. Plaster should be wiped with a clean, damp cloth to remove loose particles. New plaster should not be
sanded until primed. Gypsum Board, Wallboard, Sheetrock - Joint cement should be sanded smooth, with care being exercised to avoid abrading the paper. Ferrous Metal - Should be cleaned and primed with Larcoloid® Rust Inhibiting Metal Primer. Masonry Block—First coat with Mason Cote® Block Filler it a fairly dense surface is desired. New Wood—Knots and stains should
be sealed with Wipe-Out or Wipe-Out 100% Acrylic Stain Block-to avoid staining. All wood should then be primed with California Acrylic or Alkyd Enamel Undercoat.
Notice: Scarifying or removal of old paint by sanding, scraping or other means may generate dust, debris or fumes which contain lead. Exposure to lead dust or fumes may cause brain damage or other adverse health effects,

APPLICATION PREMIUM KITCHEN & BATH SEMI-GLOSS ENAMEL is self-priming over plaster. sheetrock, composition
board, ceiling tile and concrete.
PREMIUM KITCHEN & BATH SEMI-GLOSS ENAMEL is ready to use for most applications as it comes from the container. Thin sparingly with water as necessary to obtain desired working qualifies.
Apply liberally and uniformly
with a polyester or nylon brush to woodwork and trim. On large areas a synthetic 3/6in nap roller is best.
PREMIUM KITCHEN & BATH SEMIGLOSS ENAMEL can also be applied by airless spray with a 017 tip.
PREMIUM KITCHEN & BATH SEMI-GLOSS ENAMEL dries
rapidly and can be recoated when dry to the touch. Retouching of spots which are missed should be done with feathering strokes of the brush. This paint is resistant to fumes and bacteria and will not promote the growth of fungus. No claim is made for the preservative
action to other than the paint film. Wash all painting equipment immediately after use with warm, soapy water. Do not allow paint to harden on brushes or rollers.
Two coats are recommended for maximum durability.
PRECAUTIONS Do not add solvents, oils, or oil base colors or mix with
other type paints. Air and surface temperatures should be at least 500F or higher during application and curing time. Inadequate ventilation will increase drying and curing times.
